As we continue to navigate these challenging times with our customer and employees health and wellbeing at the forefront of our decision making, we are now going to be checking in repairs with no direct customer contact. Please start by filling out this form. After you have submitted this form, you can then drop your repair off in our bike rack located in front of our store at the scheduled time. We will bring your repair into the store, asses what it is in need of, and will then contact you with an estimate and any questions we may have for you. When your repair is complete, we will contact you to arrange pick up and payment.
In order for us to be able to steralize your bike prior to it entering the shop we ask that you please bring your bring to us as clean as possible and not covered in mud. In the event your bike is deemed too dirty to be properly sterlized, we will need to clean the bike for you at a rate of $20 per bike. This charge will be in addition to any maintenance work we end up doing on your bike. Your cooperation and understanding with this is very much appreciated.
For the health and safety for all, we will be wearing masks, disinfecting all surfaces often, and taking as many precautions as we possibly can. We will require that all customers entering our store also wear masks, thank you for your understanding.
Our hours of operation currently are going to be Wednesday-Sunday from 10am-6pm. Please plan on doing your bike drop-off and pickup within these hours.
We are fully booked for bikes we can take in on Thursday, May 28th, Friday, May 29th and Saturday, May 30th.

Typical turnaround time once we get your bike is 3-4 days, depending on parts availability.
