COVID 19 Updates and Policies

In order for us to better serve you and keep you up-to-date on our current state of operations and policies we have created this page.

The shop is open, but with limited hours and limited customer contact. As we have from the start of this pandemic, we are taking a calculated approach to serving you, all with the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees as our number one priority. We will always be adapting and working with current suggestions from the CDC and our state government issued guidelines. The information below is where we are at right now, so please check back often as these hours, policies, and ways of general business for Continental Ski & Bike could change on a daily basis. We thank you for your support and loyalty to shopping local during these unprecedented times.

For the health and safety for all, we will be wearing masks, disinfecting all surfaces often, and taking as many precautions as we possibly can. We will require that all customers entering our store sanitize hands with the provided spray, as well as also wear masks. Thank you for your understanding.

The 2021 bike season is off and running! We have been taking in bikes on a first-come, first-served basis and are currently 2-3 weeks out to get a bike repaired, dependent on parts availability (if applicable). If you'd like to do an appointment, that's great as well and you can do that by shooting us a call (218.728.4466).

We will be doing ski tuning on a first come, first served basis. Our ski techs will be working most days and you can expect most basic tunes to be done within 1-2 business days, with more advanced work potentially taking a bit more time, based on workflow. Stop on by and get those skis and boards tuned and ready to go! For a list of our available services, see the links below:

Starting on Saturday, November 20th, we will be allowing a maximum capacity of 6 customers in the shop at a time for the sales floor. This will be a simple 1 in and 1 out policy to maintain the capacity limit. We will also continue to offer curbside pickup for any orders placed through our website or over the phone.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us during these strange times and has adapted with us so that we can keep everyone healthy, happy, and safe. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation on a weekly basis and adjust our operating procedures as needed.

Please email with any questions or concerns you may have.
