COVID 19 Updates and Policies

In order for us to better serve you and keep you up-to-date on our current state of operations and policies we have created this page. 

The shop is open, but with limited hours and limited customer contact. As we have from the start of this pandemic, we are taking a calculated approach to serving you, all with the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees as our number one priority. We will always be adapting and working with current suggestions from the CDC and our state government issued guidelines. The information below is where we are at right now, so please check back often as these hours, policies, and ways of general business for Continental Ski & Bike could change on a daily basis. We thank you for your support and loyalty to shopping local during these unprecedented times.

For the health and safety for all, we will be wearing masks, disinfecting all surfaces often, and taking as many precautions as we possibly can. We will require that all customers entering our store also wear masks, thank you for your understanding.


HOURS OF OPERATION (As of May 6):

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday: 10AM - 6PM
  • Thursday: 10AM - 6PM
  • Friday: 10AM - 6PM
  • Saturday: 10AM - 6PM
  • Sunday: 10AM - 6PM


BIKE REPAIR:

We will be doing ALL mechanic work on an appointment based system. To find out more information and to schedule an appointment to drop-off your bike, please click here.


SALES: 

***UPDATE***

Starting on Wednesday, June 10th, we will be allowing a maximum capacity of 2 customers in the shop at a time for the sales floor. This will be a simple 1 in and 1 out policy to maintain the capacity limit. We will only have our upper/main level open as the lower half of the store is blocked off for our service department which will still be operating on an appointment based system. We will also continue to offer curbside pickup for any orders placed through our website or over the phone.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us during these strange times and has adapted with us so that we can keep everyone healthy, happy, and safe. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation on a weekly basis and adjust our operating procedures as needed.
