Lindsey Lee
Lead Ambassador
About MeGoals for the year:
To race internationally for my first time, doing a 3-day enduro in British Columbia. I’ve wanted to get to that part of the world for a long time, and a bonus is to be able to go there and ride bikes! I am working my way back up to big drops after a significant injury last year and want to confidently execute the drop I hurt myself on. I want to race with friends at the Duluth Bike Fest, in the “Queen of the mountain” category by doing 4 races in 1 weekend. And I would love to mobilize a group of Duluth/twin ports femme folks who want to teach each other or learn how to do big jump lines. My dream is to have a Mejumpolis party featuring a party train of FTW clearing the tabletop jumps together after working together!
Skills you’d like to learn:
I’m enjoying switching my riding goals from distance to features- so drops, jumps, and skills like wheelies, riding skinny bridges, etc. are a new fun challenge!
How do you plan to contribute to an inclusive outdoor community this year?:
A lot of my career has involved bringing people into the woods or wilderness and teaching and empowering them to feel confident. I see my role as a Conti Crew team lead as an extension of my life’s work. I will continue this work by helping coordinate and lead rides/ events for the Thursday FTW committee, the COGGS Enduro Series and connecting our Crew with the community!
Favorite spots in the Twin Ports?:
Swimming holes at Lester!

Tom Miller
Lead Ambassador
About MeGoals for this Year:
1) Compete in the Trans-BC Enduro in Panorama, BC, Canada. Finishing the event rubber side down and safe would be good enough for me
2) Top 3 overall Enduro series in the Open/Expert Masters (40+) in the Lake Superior Gravity Series
3) Compete in at least one MTB-ultra event (100ish + miles). Event TBD
Skills you’d like to learn?:
I’d really like to improve my jumping skills, specifically better control in the air, ability to scrub jumps to control speed and maybe a few fun tricks in there too. I’d also really like to learn how to do manuals more consistently
How do you plan to contribute to an inclusive outdoor community this year?:
In addition to helping run the Conti Crew, I plan to remain involved in the Duluth Enduro Series planning and execution, whose mission is also to create a fun and inclusive environment for everyone from newer riders, folks who identify as FTW, folks who are otherwise underrepresented in the sport, etc. I also plan to put together a couple of “destination” events for groups outside the twin ports…inviting them up to Duluth and utilizing the Conti Crew to provide guided rides and hospitality.
Favorite Spots in the Twin Ports:
The "NIMBY" section of Piedmont!

Dustin Voorhees

I want to work on jumps, whips, nose bonks, wheelies, ect., all the fun things!
How do you plan to contribute to an inclusive outdoor community this year?:
With my work on the Conti Crew, COGGS, Duluth Enduro Series and more I want to make sure everyone feels welcome at any event, especially folks who are new to racing, enduro riding or newer to the sport by trying to break down some of the intimidating barriers that come with those territories!
